We are looking for an expert who will responsible for timely delivery of product and services, placing of and follow up of orders to external and internal suppliers.
What You Will Do
As Purchasing Order Officer you will;
1. Execute transactional, replenishment activities in line with sourcing strategies. Ensures process compliance (supply chain/Logistics/PtP).
2. Comply with global supplier management processes and stays updated on process development. Update Supply Manager and key stakeholders on operational purchasing issues and share best practice.
3. Understand impact of data accuracy in purchasing orders
4. Feedback system issues to the relevant supplier management responsible contact
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Communicates updates and new developments to relevant key stakeholders
6. Analyze and monitor operational dashboard KPIs: plans and drive how to achieve local targets.
Who You Are
We believe you will have;
- At least 2 years of experience of Supply Chain logistical processes or Purchase experience.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Fluent in both oral and written Enlish.
