We are looking for a P2P Specialist with minimum 5 years of experience in P2P process having in-depth accounting knowledge, stakeholder management skills and SAP knowledge. In this role you will be a Individual Contributor interacting with cross border stakeholders.
You will be based in Chakan, Pune
What You Will Do
As PtP Executive you will:
- Interact with Capgemini and Internal stake holders from APAC & GMEA countries for issue resolution.
- Drive standardisation within P2P process.
- Reconcile Vendor Accounts.
- Maintain Clearing account (GRIR and other clearing accounts).
- Interact with Vendors.
- Handle Capgemini and vendor queries.
- Support in both internal and statutory audit.
Who You Are
We believe you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from a reputed college or MBA (Finance) or CA (inter).
- Minimum 5 years in P2P process and working experience in Vendor Invoice.
- Management will be added advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge in SAP FI & MM Module.
- Good command of English language.
- Working knowledge of any foreign Asian language (is an added advantage).
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross border stake holders.
- Knowldge of Macro (in excel) & Automation would be added advantage.
