The Project Management & External Innovation team is recruiting for an R&D Project Manager / Scrum Master.
The fast evolution in the Food & Beverage industry is pushing us to become more Innovative. In order to acquire the required R&D speed and increase productivity we must complement our internal capabilities with partners from the external ecosystem (i.e. suppliers, universities, startups, customers).
As R&D Project Manager / Scrum Master in our team, you will play a truly unique role that can have a massive impact on the future of our PS&E business by driving and executing all the early innovation projects, either with internal Tetra Pak capabilities or through the startup ecosystem.
You will embrace disruption and invoke change by taking new ideas and cultivate them into outcomes that change our Food & Beverage business for the better. You will enter into a global role with an extensive and international network of internal and external stakeholders.
This position will be based in Chakan, Pune
What you will do
As R&D Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will:
- Foster an innovative mindset cross-organizations in PS&E and other businesses
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and scheduled stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers, startups, suppliers)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint or tollgate
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the solution and enjoy working on it
- Drive pilots/PoC with startups
Who you are

- Sound knowledge on project management and scrum ways of working.
- Interest on food technology.
- A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
- Full Time Graduation/Post Graduation degree
Desired:
- Scrum or/and project management certification.
- 5 years of project management experience.
