The Project Manager is a member of the product B2B agile team responsible for increasing profitability and reducing costs in the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Offline to Online organization. We’re looking for someone to challenge the status quo and serve as a Project Manager (PM) in emerging processes, technologies, and key company initiatives. This individual will partner with Product Owners (POs) and other business teams to implement projects to drive value for The Coca-Cola Company helping to increase revenue through our business to business digital commerce channels, profitability, cost savings, and efficiencies. Additionally, the role will help implement key B2B initiatives including building a customer engagement platform to attract, retain and service our existing and potential new customers. The PM role will be exciting, challenging and will change depending on the day.
We need a thinker and a doer. What we’re looking for is someone who can innovate in our current spaces or identify new spaces we haven’t thought of yet. He or she will own the full life cycle of ideation and implementation by partnering with IT, other product owners and stakeholders including Supply Chain, Operation Teams, Finance, Franchise, Bottlers, and Account Teams.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management, can manage projects or processes
- Responsible for partnering with Product Owners to define User Stories
- Responsible for organizing projects, facilitating status meetings, documenting processes, providing project management tools, developing project schedules/project plans/requirements, vendor management, and monitoring/reporting on project status
- Strengthen agile program/project management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and transparent execution across the portfolio
- Significant role in quality control as part of testing new system enhancements/defect fixes
- Partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand strategic alignment opportunities, identify dependencies, and balance challenging trade-offs between priorities
- Model a culture that aligns with Coca-Cola’s 4 Growth behaviors and Leadership Expectations
Prioritized Responsibilities:
- Partner with POs including our Bottler network to develop and document business requirements or processes
- Partner with Change Management Lead – Communication & Training
- Identify opportunities for increased profitability, productivity savings and customer service
Communication Complexities:
- Communication of upcoming projects/initiatives/plans/defect fixes to all impacted stakeholders across NAOU and our Bottler network
- Communicate upcoming enhancements and defect fixes to impacted stakeholders across NAOU and our Bottler network
Analysis
- Identify productivity and customer service enhancement opportunities
- Be an expert in existing and emerging technology to identify opportunities
- Prioritize enhancement and defect fixes with PO for assigned programs
- Triage issues and partner with PO to prioritize
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Related Work Experience:
- 5-10 years business experience
- Minimum 2 years project manager experience
