We are currently seeking an applicant to join our team and fill a full-time position as a Production Supervisor at our Distribution Center in Leamington, ON.

The Production Supervisor is an essential part of the Distribution Team – their role is to support the repack operations by ensuring that the team is prepared for operations daily. They provide leadership to line leaders and employees to ensure quality packaging of our product for market. They train and supervise personnel to follow all NatureFresh food safety, quality, processes, policies, and procedures and ensure our customers receive only the best product.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Creating labour plans for the packing operations based on production quantities.
- Conducting regular meetings with employees to encourage and motivate them.
- Update their team on production and quality requirements.
- Participating in daily production meetings to coordinate and ensure production schedules and quality requirements are met.
- Supervising employees including motivating, training, and directing them, completing performance reviews; managing worker/labour related issues alongside Human Resources.
- Communicating with the Commodities department regarding orders, product, and adjustments etc.
- Maintaining production and operational records.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be committed to continuous learning as every day presents new information and exciting challenges.
- Must be available to work Sunday through Friday; an average of 50-60 hours per week on the afternoon shift.

- Working with a wide array of people/cultures in a team setting. These include guest workers, locals, and vendors, etc.
Salary – Based on experience.
