The production process to ensure the company meets all deadlines. This role involves coordinating production workflow, evaluating raw materials and equipment, and ensuring everything is in place for smooth production operations.
This position will be based in Chakan Pune.
What you will do
- Planning and Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet customer demands and quality standards.
- Resource Management: Evaluate and ensure the availability of raw materials, equipment, and manpower needed for production.
- Production Monitoring: Oversee the production process, address any issues that arise, and ensure timely completion of production tasks.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit status and performance reports to upper management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
We believe you have
- Good WCM experience
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning) and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication abilities.
- Graduate in technical feild with min 2-3 years experience; further education or certification is preferred.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
