Product Manager – EDDGIE (Solution Design & Delivery) is a detail oriented,hands on expert, responsible for functional solution design and roll out of EDDGIEand supporting data and analytics capability.
Key Responsibilities will include
Solution Design and Delivery
Lead solution design and delivery right from understanding stakeholder requirements, creating conceptual prototypes, manage stakeholder expectation, help define backlog priority, manage backlog, lead user testing and roll out
Roll out and ongoing support
Lead discussions with business stakeholders, manage expectations, deep dive into problem areas, work on solutioning partnering with tech teams
Team & Vendor management:
Work with business teams and delivery teams (including vendor teams)
Ensure adherence to SLA by 3P and drive user satisfaction
Stakeholder management:
Work with teams across reporting lines and help the team leadership partner with senior stakeholders, ability to investigate the details and articulate key impacts is critical.
Job Requirements:
Essential:
- Around 8+ years of relevant work experience, with minimum 3+ years in leading data, analytics, visualisationsolutions
- Expertise in conceptualising data visualisation applications
- Excellent Stakeholder management Skills and problem-solving skills
- Exp of project management techniques & tools – Waterfall, Agile, MSP, JIRA
- Demonstrated Experience in Functional Design
- Proven competency in working with global teams
- Ability to business partner with senior stakeholders across the compass organisation
Desirable:
- Data Design and ML concepts
- Knowledge of running design thinking / design sprints is a plus
- Ideal candidates would preferably have an MBA
- Exp managing project budgets, 3P costs, forecasting
