What does a Product Insight Analyst at Collinson do?
- To support the Product Insight Team and ensure that Collinson Group maximizes its product performance, reporting, and analytical measurements.
- You will be the ‘go-to person for Product Insight Analytics.
- Developing measurement frameworks with appropriate KPIs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and creating regular reports and powerful analytics.
- Working proactively to gather requirements and apply analytical expertise to create dynamic insight reporting from a range of internal and external data sources.
- Running A/B tests and helping the internal stakeholders define and measure success.
- Provide ongoing integrity and maintenance of analytics data and its integration or sharing across different technology platforms.
- Defining, setting up ‘self-serve’ dashboards and maintaining reporting across Travel Experience’s internal and external technology platforms.
- Spotting the potential to implement new methodologies and improve analytical procedures.
- Recognising and observing emerging trends, opportunities, and threats from changes in travel, marketing, and the wider digital analytics landscape.
- Educate and train stakeholders on analytics principles, methodologies, and platforms.
How will you make a difference as a Product Insight Analyst?
- Applicants must have a good level of Insight and Data-led Analytics experience ideally gained working for a multi-level product or B2B service-driven enterprise.
- Practical experience designing custom reports and dashboards to create powerful insight analytics and data.
- Persuasive communication and inspiring presentation skills targeting stakeholders at all levels to understand their Analytics needs on a global business scale.
- Capable of cultivating strong energy and a willingness to learn and expand your understanding of data and insight analytics.
- Proven capability of working at pace to hit agreed-on deadlines.
- Ideally, you will hold a professional Analytics certificate or be willing to train towards one.
- Knowledge of executing experiments, e.g., running A/B tests using Google Optimize.
- Ideally, the experience of using one or more of the following tools to extract data insight: Google Analytics | Google Tag Manager | Tableau | Mixpanel | Hotjar | UXcam | MS Excel
- This role will offer a blend of remote working with occasional travel into the London office and is a 12-month fixed term with the possibility of converting to a permanent position.
