- Staff Attendance / Payroll (ERP) & Gate MIS (For all Staff, Lab-ourregistration)
- Lab-our Compliance (Wage Register, PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus etc)
- Continual supply of manpower- No department should be shut down due to manpower shortage
Personnel
- Handling & control of Time Office Functions.
- Preparing & control of Salary & Wages Administration.
- Manpower reports, enforcement of company rules & regulations, disciplinary matters.
- Maintaining various records & registers.
- Maintaining Employee Master Data & personal Files.
- Work related to employees like probation, confirmations, promotions & increments.
- Tracking and controlling Absenteeism.
- Preparing Full & Final Settlement, Maintaining Leave registers, Leave cards, & all statutory reports & registers.
- Calculation of Bonus, LTA.
- Prepare accurate CL bills.
- Handling of Company Loan Policy and Keeping Records.
- Preparing monthly, yearly MIS report
- Preparing Salary structure of the newly join employees.
- Coordinating with Plant Manager &Hr Manager for in time completion of Appraisal System
- Maintain 5S systems in Workshop area
Licenses & Statutory compliance’s
- Ensuring compliance of all annual, half yearly & quarterly returns under Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Gratuity, Employment Exchange Act, Payment of Bonus Act, LWF, PF & ESI Acts.
- Responsible for coordination with factory inspector & fulfill the formalities
Responsible for all the liasioning related tax, contractor, etc
- Licenses with various Government Authorities
- Fill up Nomination & Declaration forms for P.F & ESIC
- Preparation and submission of Monthly PF, ESIC, PT Challans
- Preparing half yearly Returns of MLWF.
- Renewal Factory License
- Settlements Withdrawal form.
MIS
- Report making according to the requirement
Legal Matter
- Monitoring all the cases pending before the labour authorities / in labour courts .
- Coordinate and ensure proper legal support from advocates.
- Conduct domestic enquiry proceeding when there is a breach in discipline.
- Facilitate promotion of discipline among the work force at unit locations.
Desired Profile:
1. Experience: At least 4 years of HR experience specially in Manufacturing preferably Dairy/FMCG/FMCD /Manufacturing /Packaging etc..
2. Domain – HR & IR
3. Qualification – LLB/Diploma in Labour Law / MBA HR
4. This is position for Male candidate only
5. Good written and verbal communication skills
6. Should have Pleasant personality & high integrity
