Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Master Data specialist who will acts as main interface / point of contact for employees and managers on HR related areas, depending on role and area of responsibility and contributes to an overall successful delivery of HR services to employees and managers. You will also be the Super User for HR systems where applicable for role.
This is a local position is open to all markets.
What you will do
- Acts as first or second line support (depending on role) for all HR matters within area and location of responsibility. Solves problems within practice and precedent.
- Responds accurately and timely to incoming questions and /or errands & Ensure high quality in master data through appropriate controls .
- Where appropriate for the role, registers errands in the relevant ticket handling system and ensure responses are within the set Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Escalates questions / errands to appropriate HR contact when necessary on specific areas of queries to provide seamless resolution. Manage, track and follow up on employee queries in the ticket handling system.
- Guides and points employees and managers to information on HR selfservice portal (ORBIS) in order to foster a habit of finding the necessary data on the portal.
- Maintains and updates HR information with relevant teams. Update organizational structure and authorization in department or unit, update all employee data & complete employee records when employee terminate .
- Be driven and pro-active in continuous improvements and standardization of available reports & Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part HR Service Centre team.
- Contact with Global GIM team related to international relocations and issues resolution .
- Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part HR Service Centre team.
We believe you have
- At least 3 years of experience in HR.
- General HR knowledge, including solid knowledge of service and consulting skills.
- For certain roles may require solid knowledge of local labor law.
- Advanced system knowledge (SAP HR, Ticket handling system) qualifying for super user role.
