Job Summary
Tetra Pak UK is opening a position as Marketing Intern for 6 months. You will support the marketing team daily to ensure the delivery of an integrated customer marketing approach including products and services deployment across customers, as well as driving administrational tasks supporting the marketing function, the focus will be UK & Ireland.
Your key stakeholders are Marketing, Communication, Sustainability, Circular Economy/Sustainability transformation and local Marketing colleagues and Managers of customers as well as Marketing suppliers.
The position is based in High Wycombe, England.
What you will do
- Overall support the marketing functions various projects and tasks, for the department to be able to deliver a high-quality service to our customers in a fast and efficient way.
- Develop insights reports/presentations for customer meetings, based on both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Support the marketing managers in the design and artwork process.
- Drive and deliver administrational tasks and deliver upon ad hoc customer queries.
- Such as follow up on joint marketing support projects with customers, handling sample. requests, deliver input to the Retailer Forms etc.
- Tactical support on marketing and comms activities in collaboration with our agencies and marketing team.
- Participate in cross-border projects and internal meetings.
- Ad hoc marketing tasks and projects for the North Europe marketing team.
We believe you have
To be successful in this role, you are curious on learning within the field of Marketing and have a natural interest and understanding of how to deliver high service internally and externally to customers.
You are fully fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are familiar with the UK consumer/retailer market and preferable the Irish market as well. And you might even have experience with B2B or B2C marketing disciplines. This is not a must but will be counted as a plus.
Your computer literacy includes MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). You like to work with data and understand how to initiate value creating actions upon them. You are familiar with AcNielsen & Kantar databases. You have a natural interest in digital tools.
As a person, you are dynamic and structured, and have a creative and open mindset. You are an easy and out-going person. You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, being able to engage with people of all levels and thrive in a fast moving and changing environment. and a team player.
Sustainability, especially within the food and packaging sector is an area of interest/knowledge for you.
