Job Summary
We are looking for a Market Controller for South Asia Market – for our Services business who will analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for business. In this role, you will use your finance and analytical skills to support business partners within the Services. You will have the ability to understand and communicate how the financial result is affected by decisions and actions, will be able to be an informed business partner providing support with relevant information for decision making. You will also follow-up on execution of projects, reporting of financial results and perform related analysis.

This role is a member of the Services Management team. Position is based in Chakan, Pune in India.
What you will do
As our Market Controller-Services, you will;
- Business Controller responsible for a cluster of markets in South Asia region (“SAM”) which include India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal etc.
- Analyse and forecast financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to: Processing Director, Project Centre Director, Finance Director, various stakeholders and senior management in markets and collaborate with colleagues across functions.
- Prepare timely and standardised monthly / quarterly business performance reports
- Lead annual financial planning and quarterly forecasting process.
- Ensure policies and guidelines are followed. Play an active role in the governance of large projects.
We believe you have
- University degree or equivalent (Chartered Accountant qualification preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of Business Control experience and preferably in MNC
- Have knowledge about sales and procurement processes
- Experience in engineering or construction industries will be highly regarded
- Experience in SAP finance module is highly desired
- Must be proficient in using Excel, and be skill full in other office software
- Strong in both oral and written skills in English
