Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Must have knowledge of Sales Metrics & number.
- Upselling Spares & Retrofitting in existing installed base in India, Southeast Asia & LAM region.
- Coordinate & communicate with different stakeholder at customer site for understanding the requirement.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure an excellent standard of aftermarket support is provided.
- Day to day communication with Service team to line up the task.
- Collaborating closely with project team & other colleagues for collecting necessary information required for cost estimation & offer preparation.
- Prepare cost calculations & offers for all after sales requirement.
- Keep close contact with customer through calls, emails & frequent visits to achieve the sales target.
- Effective negotiation with customer for retrofitting projects & to achieve gross margin as defined by company standard.
- Support front sales team on gathering information related to upcoming projects in different companies.
- Log data of offers & orders in defined

- Minimum 8 years’ experience as Sales/service sales
