Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Specifics: Manage & ensure adequate adoption of processes/tools associated with interactions between Logistics – Distributor – Field Force – Retailer Supervisor
- Guide sales team to understand the processes, tools and technologies and lead the in-field execution
- Evaluating and driving continuous improvement of existing tools and technologies, translating business needs into right technical approaches, enhancing the efficiency of existing ones and incorporating industry best practices and new technology.
- Defining and executing change management initiatives to ensure better adoption of sales processes & tools
- Understanding and translating internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define improvement opportunities and shape transformation program
Desired Skillsets:
- Previous experience in Sales Automation/Field Sales
- Experience developing and implementing sales management tools
- Passionate to learn about automation tools
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning, and organizational abilities
- Ability to understand business metrics, field operations and market voice
The incumbent should be MBA (Full-Time) from a Premium B-School with 7+ years relevant experience in FMCG/Beverage/Consumer Durables / Telecom industry or Consulting (with FMCG client handling experience).
