Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate in Science / Computer science
Experience:
10+ years of experience in Documentation in FMCG / Food industries and preferably with Project management background and ERP (SAP) BOM processing.
Desired Competencies:
SAP PP, System Management, Collaboration & Influencing Skills, Change Management, Conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and effective Communication. Writing Standard Operating Procedures. Knowledge in EHS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following Projects Team Meetings leading to speed to market and on time launch of innovations and renovations.
- Tracking product lifecycle management documentation and provide support for seamless documentation.
- Work with IT to manage the Product Lifecycle Management through technology in PLM and improve efficiency continuously.
- Work with IT to manage and improve Data Safety of R&D.
- Monthly report of Bill Of Material handled.
- Manage the Documentation Process leading to 100% compliance against laid down policies during the audit.
- Documentation leading towards system driven innovations and renovations.
- Manage the Standard Operating Procedures of all the processes.
- Generation of related report as per the request.
- Manage and Maintain Library (Physical and e – Library) for R&D.
- Work with Regional/Corporate EHS to improve and maintain and EHS score.
- Conduct monthly safety committee meeting provide regular update.
