Position Overview:
This is a role in the Network Ops team responsible for building Capability in the INSWA marketing team and for helping the team to leverage the best out of Platform Services
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
CAPABILITIES
- Lead the capabilities agenda for the INSWA marketing team
- Provide thought leadership and leverage the TCCC caps network to bring the latest thinking on future-forward capabilities to build
- Leverage external as well as internal resources to create/curate best-in-class learning sessions under Cokeshala banner
- Lead DT capability expansion in INSWA with emphasis on learning by doing
- Lead Agile principles adoption
PLATFORM SERVICES
- Partner with the Mkt Platform Services leaders on OU requirements (ensuring SLAs are being met, identify and solve pain points and structural issues)
- Build understanding of the range of services of platform services and support adoption, internal comms, customer service excellence, prioritisation
- Drive PS related routines
- Gather feedback, share opportunities, support continuous improvement
- Drive conversation and reconciliation around PS budgets
OTHERS / INTERNAL COMMS & SELECT NETWORK PRIORITIES
- Marketing Network Communications: Responsible for internal network positioning and storytelling of global marketing processes and initiatives at an OU level
- Be part of the global internal communications & engagement community
- Collaborate and flexibly support the Network Ops team on any strategic priorities where extra help may be needed
Education Requirements:
MBA preferred
Related Work Experience:
6 – 10 years experience in marketing function
Functional Skills:
- A robust understanding of core as well as emerging skill sets for a marketer
- Stakeholder management and influencing
- Strong written and oral communication skills
