Manager – Front Line Marketing – Portfolio and Analytics
Location – Gurgaon
- Work closely with the INSWA Frontline Lead to translate the Category Growth Strategies into clear cut Portfolio Execution Plans for all the Key Regions.
- Provide all the regional marketing leads with clear strategic support including all monthly business reviews and champion the business plan function for all the regions.
- Work closely with the INSWA K&I and Category teams to keep all the regional marketing leads posted with business and consumer insights.
- Work on a clear activation plan for each brand / region working closely with the E2E teams, category leads, consumer and shopper content teams, bottling partners and external agencies
- Liaise with the K&I team and Brand Managers to build the brand/ category’s approach to activation in segmented markets or across the BU as required
- Work with the E2E team to help shape the price, pack, channel strategy and execution on the category.
- Lead the on-ground execution planning for large national events- Diwali , ICC World Cup etc. leveraging the expertise of respective agency partners, bottling partners and the franchise leadership teams to work in previously uncharted areas by influencing subject matter experts internal teams like
- Connections, Activation, CE , Assets and R&D – and external agencies like Creative, Design agencies
Streamline the final execution plan for brand activation on this category. It may involve innovating on the entire process to make it agile and responsive.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations in the TCCC system.
- Highly proficient in Business Analytics and very comfortable with Data
- MBA from Top Tier Business School is preferred
Communication Focus
- Collaborate across TCCC System to bring the final strategies to life.
- Influence subject matter experts (internal teams like Connections, Activation, CE , Assets and R&D – and external agencies like Creative, Design agencies) (both sets with high level on complexity, since, the category is relatively new for the company and hence, need extra working on the consumer insights and key segments to operate).
