The Manager in Digital Solutions Program Area is expected to: Lead the team of business process automation experts in developing and implementing innovative solutions using Power Platform, PMG, and Salesforce technologies; responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of these tools to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve overall business performance; partner effectively with global stakeholders and cross functional partners; build technological roadmap and deliver efficient, effective, and accessible solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead a team of digital solutions specialists, responsible for prioritization of work, mentoring, team development planning, priority setting and performance management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions using Power Platform, PMG and Salesforce.
- Manage the portfolio of digital solutions projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Possess a strong understanding of Power Platform, ServiceNow, PMG and Salesforce functionalities, including their integration capabilities.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Able to tell the story and represent the collective impact/value/metrics of the digital solutions team’s work
- Partner effectively with global stakeholders and cross functional partners to deliver the aligned goals. Engage with product team to drive roadmap and pipeline.
- Good understanding of Agile framework (Scrum) as well as ADO (Azure Devops) for project management
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of digital solutions innovation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Full Time graduation (B.E.) from an accredited university (Mandatory)
- 10 years of related experience with 2 years of experience in people management. Experience in food and beverage is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform, Salesforce, Business Process Automation Platform (PMG,
- Service now etc.) is must. Professional Certifications on MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010,
- Configuration (667) is a plus.
- Strong business acumen, superb knowledge of business processes and IT Governance best practice around agile project management
- Ability to effectively work cross-functionally with internal/global team members.
- High self-motivation, with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Ability to effectively manage resources and leverage existing tools/systems to effectively lead and influence multiple projects.
- Excels at driving projects to completion, with attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise judgment in handling confidential and proprietary information.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and ensure successful delivery of multiple projects & priorities
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to “think outside the box”.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electronics
- 10 years of total relevant experience with 2 years of experience in people management specifically leading cross-functional teams/ managing hybrid teams/ leading large-scale projects.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform, PMG, Service now is must.
- Understanding of ADO (Azure Devops) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, Visual Web Parts, Custom page layouts, HTML5/CSS3
- Able to understand Salesforce environment & basic admin responsibilities.
