We are looking for professional who will be in charge of applying maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs. You will coordinate all other processes activities in a shift in the factory to plan, organize and control production in overall operations/ specific process to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard. Manages small size team in shifts across the processes/ functions.
You will be based in Rayong, Thailand and report to Operation Manager.
What you will do;
As Maintenance Section Manager, you will
- Supply complete maintenance services for attainments of KPI’s and plant objectives
- Maintain basic conditions of machines ensuring the machine operate according to standard.
- Participate in applying WCM methodologies to improve efficiency (OEE) of production equipment’s.
- Develop and maintain standard methods as well as trainings.
- Participate in training/skill development.
- Participate in spare parts and consumables inventory system.
- Effectively carry out the data collection and work reports.
- Reduce maintenance cost from breakdown and planned stop.
- Establishing and monitoring critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring programs.
- Recruiting, training and supervise maintenance technicians.
Who you are
We believe you have:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering/Instrument
- Engineering
- At least 5 years technical experience in maintenance area and spare part controlling.
- Good Analysis skills for breakdown/ Anomaly diagnosis base on WCM methodology is a must
- Wealth experience in PLC, Scada and drive.
- Good knowledge in TPM, problem solving, analytical skill, provide technical training to others.
- Experience and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address
- Machine technical knowledge
- Experience in middle management or supervisor level.
- SAP basic knowledge
- Excellence Thai & Good command in English
