Maintenance Manager

• Experience of Dairy processing industry maintenance for Milk Dryers, Cheese, Paneer, Milk Pre-processing.
• Exposure to Dairy Processing equipment like Rotary equipment Centrifugal ,Lobes, Gear, Vacuum ,High Pressure Pumps ,Gearbox ,Agitators, Mixers High Speed Machines – Separators, Bactofuge, Decanter.
• Exposure in Refrigeration System, Boilers, HVAC Air compressor, Electrical and Instrument will be an added advantage.
• To be able to plan, coordinate, supervise Preventive and Breakdown maintenance activities.
• Maintaining shift checklist and comply to requisite Food safety and Human safety standards.
• Diagnosing problems when machinery breaks down and deciding best way to repair.
• Identification of Maintenance prone areas, analysing and taking corrective actions to avoid repeated issues.
• Maintaining history cards, daily log books, ISO Documents.
• Experience on Maintenance Management tools like : MTTR,MTBF,MIS,OEE,RCA,CAPA,KPI
• Estimation of BOM for modification and shutdown jobs, Certifying bills for outsourced jobs
• Planning and execution of shutdown jobs
• Maintaining stock of spares for routine and breakdown maintenance
• Exposure to Energy conservation, Cost Optimization, Manpower management, Budget preparation, monitoring and control
• Inspect, Instruct, Training& development of technicians/Engineers for Best Engg practices
• Soft Skills – Analytical skills, Dairy Process knowledge

3) Languages – English, Hindi (Must) and Marathi (Optional)

4) Age – Max 35 Years (Married/Unmarried) (Ready to relocate in Shrirampur(Full time)

5) Experience – 4 to 6 Years in Dairy Plant (Handling 6 to 8 lacs lit/day) (Total Experience – 8 to 12years)

6) Nature Of Experience – Maintenance (Static and Rotary equipment’s Preventive and Predictive)
