Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join the Global Learning Team in the area of Process Learning, to support the learning transformation of our processes. Ensuring optimum client and learner experience.

Within the Global Learning Team under the umbrella of the Tetra Pak Academy we are now looking for a Process Learning Designer.
Location of this position in Chakan. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of working remotely with different time zones and have global experience.
What you will do
As our Learning Process Designer, you will;
- Support the delivery of a flexible and dynamic roadmap of prioritised skills and knowledge for learners within the Process Organisation, and for recipients of client organisation knowledge
- Ensure that digital learning solutions created are relevant and engaging for the target audiences, achieving high levels of engagement and adoption
- Drive community management within the process learning team to ensure high levels of engagement amongst learners and Subject Matter Experts
- Engage and support Subject Matter Experts in directly creating and curating content, supported by the Digital Content team and external suppliers as required
- Drive the use of data in client process teams to inform decisions about learning priorities, channels and engagement mechanisms
- Work closely with the Learning Engagement Managers to ensure a seamless client experience
- Contribute to Tetra Pak’s learning transformation through participation in the learning culture project and implementation of key initiatives within the client organisation
- Drive productivity measures to ensure optimum value from spend on internal and external learning resources
We believe you have
- Language and Education:
- University Degree in a related field.
- Fluent both in written and spoken English.
- Professional Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in processes like Order Fullfilment, Product Creation, Sales Management or learning design in other areas.
- Digitally fluent, actively testing new technology approaches to learning and proactively enjoy picking up new skills quickly.
- A proven track record in delivering results in a global, geographically distributed environment that requires managing resources with no formal authority and complex networks of stakeholders with demanding and urgent targets.
