Job Summary
Tetra Pak is looking for a self-driven individual to act as an adviser and deliver services within the Learning and Development field with the scope of South Asia, East Asia and Oceania cluster.
As a Learning and Development Associate you will provide services in People Development activities as well as Learning Management activities, covering many competence areas on different levels within Tetra Pak.
The Learning and Development Associate will also act as an adviser within the Learning and People Development processes and is a part of the second line support in the HR Service Centre.
This position will be reporting to the Learning and Development Manager for South Asia, East Asia & Oceania.
What you will do
- Support and advice on learning and development related issues, i.e. be considered as the subject matter expert in training and development
- Support the performance management, competence development, career development and succession planning processes
- Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of the HR Service Centre team. Act as second line support in HR Service Centre. Perform services on demand from the business according to service level agreements
- Coordinates / administrates end-to-end service for portfolio of learning activities in area of responsibility, understanding the business need and context, and forecasting upcoming delivery where appropriate.
- Coordinates with other training portfolios on attendance and requirements, and responsible for communications with key business contacts where appropriate.
- Responsible for analysing the training need and promoting enrolment and marketing of the portfolio where appropriate for role. Works together with the faculty portfolio manager and business owner on any cancellations / termination of learning activities.
- Act as Super User in the LMS. Task include creating and publishing the items, providing reports and analyses on the learning portfolio, taking actions if improvements are needed.

- Degree in general discipline. A degree in Human Resources is preferred
- Experience and knowledge on learning management, training management and competence development concepts is required, specifically in delivery / administration of adult learning.
