Job description
Candidates need to market service offerings to a host of customer segments – consumer brands, food processors like snack makers, spice powder manufacturers, exporters, etc. and offer both bulk sourcing and / or packaging services to them.
The organization has state of the art grading and packaging units, focussed on dry staples, with necessary certifications to sell not just in India, but across the globe also.
Candidate needs to have a flair for building customer relationships both mid and senior level, and co-create win – win solutions for them. Candidates should be willing to travel extensively, and also be able to match service offerings with customer requirements and think of solutions’.
Candidates should be able to work with sourcing and production teams, to create solutions. If the candidate has a product (category of staples) sourcing and sales profile, with ability to manage procurement, that is a plus.
The organization is India’s fast growing agri company in the tech and supply chain space. The business unit is spread across BLR, CHN, Hosur and HYD.
Looking for self-driven, achievement oriented, passionate about solutioning, sales & customer service professionals, who are interested in shaping the way food sector operates in the country.
Candidate is likely to be placed in South India. Location can be discussed.
Experience of min 5 – 10 years in customer engagement / key account management roles would be a plus. They can build a fast track career in the organization. The organization invests in people development, and looks to create leaders in the sector.
End to end account management, including onboarding, relationship management, sales and collections.
Upselling & Cross selling
Ability to collaborate with internal functions and deliver like finance and Procurement, for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Account mining.
Customer relations and Customer Service
Required Candidate profile
Preferably and MBA graduate
Immediate joiners only are eligible
Good communication skills is must
Should have MS Office working knowledge and ability to make basic presentations to corporate customers.
South Indian is preferred or Should know tamil the local language
