Job Summary
Lead one or more than one account (locomotive or not) strong customer relationship to achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities. Drives sales of our full portfolio – PM, CE, AM and TS. Develop and drive execution of strategic and operational market company plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives
What you will do
As Key Account Manager, you will
- Balance strategic and operational objectives. Agree on budgets and secure resources from Tetra Pak and customer. Drive mutual sustainable growth.
- Key Account Management – Together with KA team and customer, drive the development and execution of Key Account plan. Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer. Ensure team is driving TP’s value proposition for the customer.
- Drive improved understanding of the customer’s overall business (marketplace, channel, retailer, consumer, competitive environment, strategy, productivity, profitability and the across value chain) . Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with Tetra Pak global business strategy, category, portfolio, processing and TS plans. Define, review and drive activities to enhance customer brand equity/awareness, product innovation and channel/region expansion.Engage all team members and the customer in joint value creation and quantification.
- Organize & implement different seminars & workshops especially Top to Top meetings & sales/marketing seminars and ensure all follow ups completed with high satisfaction
- Relationship Management – Drive Customer Experience and Partnership improvements according to global process. Ensure that CS actions are included in the KA Plan actions section.
- Ensure that Account receivable expectations are met for Key Account Sales Forecasting
- Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for assigned Key Account
- Value Selling: Drive execution of sales targets for packaging solutions and processing. Opportunity Pipeline Management Execution. Engage all team members and the customer in joint value creation and quantification.
- Support to develop competences of Key Account team members to secure that they match customer needs. Drive up-to-date knowledge of Tetra Pak’s portfolio within the KA team. Evaluate the KA team effectiveness and performance, and drive continuous improvement (e.g. KAM Review survey) Share and apply best practices on KA methodology and execution. Lead the Key Account team and coordinate cross functional activities. Propose desired team composition to line management to meet customer needs.
Who You Are
We believe you will have
- 6-8 years’ working experience in Sales & Marketing both
- Key account management experience is needed
- Marketing experience in consumer goods is preferred
- Open to various industries, like FMCG, consumer goods, e-commerce, agency
- Good education background
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Cantonese will be a plus
- High willingness to travel
