Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead one or more than one account (locomotive or not) strong customer relationship to achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities. Drives sales of our full portfolio – PM, CE, AM and TS. Develop and drive execution of strategic and operational market company plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives
What you will do
- Develop effective account plan to drive strategic partnership with key customer.
- Build up a constructive business relationship with the customer
- Understand and proactively respond to customer needs
- Responsible for sales planning, account receivable management, joint customer marketing activities, and coordination for equipment order and technical service; Provide customer service work to client through cross-functional team work.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Management team to develop the customers business.
- Work closely with Technical department to sell and implement service products and drive customers operational performance
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance and other departments to assure smooth operation
We believe you have
- Bachelor degree with major in commerce, marketing or engineering
- At least 7 years working experience in sales and marketing in MNC, with minimum 3 years’ Key account management experience. FMCG industry background and/or account management experience in B2B industry is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong in client management.
- Strong demonstration of Value Selling
- Fluent spoken and written English, excellent presentation skills
- Good analytical skills and strong business sense
- Mature, outgoing, and good leadership potential
