Responsible for creating, maintaining and developing the KAs of the different digital accounts. Have a focus on the online channel that allows the development and commercialization of the brand. Responsible for the entire sales cycle (sales strategy per customer, customer registrations, order management and refills, inventory analysis, returns management, payment management and past due portfolio). Ensure the development of the brand through strategies that allow the presence and rotation of our products with customers to grow.

- Design and execute business plans aligned to the business strategy that allow reaching the annual sales objectives
- Actively participate in the process of planning the demand for machines to determine future needs and avoid shortages that affect the monthly sales plan
- Actively participate in the development of plans for the generation of NM in self-service points of sale and clubs in order to achieve the annual objectives of the company.
- Understanding the dynamics of the channel to develop strategies that accelerate the performance of Nespresso at the point of sale, through the gain of channel SOM
- Preparation of the IBP (Integrated Business Plan) of each of the Key Accounts under their responsibility.
- Manage and control the budget in charge (TTS) through efficient administration in order to maximize its impact on the sell out.
- Manage the payment of accounts that are overdue through the monthly monitoring of the report generated by the finance team, in order to recover overdue payments and have a healthy portfolio.
What will make you successful
- 3 to 4 years of experience in sales and / or development of sales channels in digital accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing or related.
- Microsoft office advanced.
