- Deliver agreed plans and business results.
- Create and execute marketing plans to drive growth.
- Lead, manage and grow the business profitably.
- Promote and create competitive gaps through improvements in business efficiency at each step of the value chain.
- Influence all relevant lines of the P&L of its segments.
- Business planning: lead and manage the business planning process with different stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies and procedures, including applicable marketing, trade, finance, supply chain and human resources guidelines, as well as other applicable local laws and regulations.
- Interact with interested parties (internal and external) that handle all matters related to the business.
What will make you successful
- Professional with a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, and / or related careers.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience:
- Managing processes at the national level in marketing or trade marketing areas.
- High level of English
Knowledge of:
- Business plans.
- Market, categories and competency evaluation capabilities, strategy and tactics.
- Marketing: Formulation and Implementation of the Marketing strategy and execution of transmedia campaigns.
- Commercial strategies: formulation and implementation.
- Finance and control: understanding financial indicators
- The Regulatory environment: Basic Appreciation of regulatory issues / issues: Marketing Regulations, Labeling and Health Declarations, Comprehensive. An understanding of who the Internal Stakeholders (Nestlé) are and the ability to represent Nestlé’s interests externally.
- The supply chain: basic understanding of all the supply and manufacturing processes and how the indicators in those areas influence. be able to ensure close cooperation between the market and its supply base (s).
