You will be part of this growth in PACS area: (Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability) overseeing strategy execution to maximize brand PR footprint and help local teams build awareness to promote brands and social license within LATAM.

What You’ll Do for Us
- Coordinates, in conjunction with a network of people and functions at the Operating Unit and with the Center, the Company/ System Brand communication for external and internal audiences – with focus on implementation- with the goal to promote the Company’s awareness and reputation. Leads the system towards a single system voice.
- In coordination with Marketing and Zones, leads the execution of strong Brand PR plans for major LA brand initiatives with a clear focus to promote the company’s purpose, portfolio innovation, and social license with a variety of stakeholders: media, Key Opinion Leaders and Influencers, civil society, government, and communities.
- Maximizes Brand communications by coordination with the operations in the implementation of the Brand PR plans. Coordinates with global communications teams, bottling partners, employees and other functions to ensure consistency of initiatives, experiences, and messaging.
- Provides expert input on policies, practices, and procedures of PACS leadership to Marketing and Market campaigns/ initiatives/ pieces, making sure that our brand strategies and core messages are in line with our corporate messages and with our Company’s purpose.
- In coordination with Internal Communication, helps executing the System engagement strategy and accompany brands on delivering purposeful actions and communications towards employees.
- Leads reporting initiatives with/ to the other areas of the function and with other functions on KPI’s and metrics to measure the success of Brand PR and Company Brand initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related areas
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in communication, ideally in roles involving Marketing with responsibility for brand communications.
- Experience with Brand PR, System Engagement, inputs for marketing and market initiatives and Company Brand.
- Experience with Marketing and Media, Digital or Social Media
- Fluent English (for conversation and writing) and Spanish are required
