Jr. Executive (QA)- Dairy & Food Testing Laboratory

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for Quality analysis of Dairy & Food products packed under Amul brand. The major responsibilities includes independently performing sample preparation, extraction & analysis of food and agricultural products, interpreting & managing data, providing technical support to junior laboratory technical team, coordinating & supporting laboratory management, caring out calibration, validation & maintenance of equipments, performing routine operations and troubleshooting issues related to lab equipments, developing & validating analytical method as per desired accuracy of results, providing inputs and technical information as needed for laboratory functions. The candidate will also responsible for managing quality documents and records, keeping work area safe and uncluttered and preparing laboratory SOPs.

Desired Candidate Profile The candidate should be first class graduate & post graduate in Chemistry with relevant experience of 3-5 years in reputed organisation engaged in analysis of food and agricultural products testing including residue contaminants, pesticides, Toxins, Antibiotics etc. on LCMSMS/HPLC/UPLC/GCMSMS/GC/ICP-OES/ICP-MS, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer milk analyser etc. The candidate should have expertise in application development and validation of trace element in ICP-MS, LCMSMS, GCMSMS etc. The candidate should have knowledge of regulatory requirements, FSSAI, Exports and Organic food. The candidate should have obtained training of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The candidate should have strong time management skills and organising ability.
