JML Lead
Role Purpose :
Responsible for JML activities and performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery and service levels for JML processes, acting as escalation point for issues
- Manage resource planning, team performance and development
- Identify CI & automation opportunities for JML processes and share best practices across team
- Lead the pipeline of continuous improvement and automation activity within hubs and identify further opportunities
- Coordinate with in-market and global teams to identify opportunities to expand hub scope
- Share best practices across teams
- Maintain global details process flows where applicable
- Supervision and guidance of the team and support in service delivery, performance management and coaching of the team
- Actively engage in Global Strategy initiatives and, lead local projects and process improvement initiatives
- Liaises and co-ordinates with in-market stakeholders with regards to escalated queries and issues.
- Coordinates with other functional teams to ensure seamless end to end handling and processing of transactions in line with process and policy.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR within a matrix organization
- Experienced in and expert knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experienced in HR systems and technical know-how
- Resilience due to Multi country stakeholder
