Job Synopsis
IT Service Performance Assistant Manager manages all the activities of IT service performance operations including business partnering with the functional contacts for onboarding the lean governance, lean and coordinated metrics and reporting them for continuous improvement and tracking and reporting all the IT Service performance metrics on a regular basis. This role is responsible to land refined IT Service Performance construct to suit the current context of organizational changes and demands. Work closely with Uniops performance management team to ensure there is alignment. Sets attainable goals to team members for the work to be finished on time; provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity; makes sure the timeline is followed by the team; manages multiple projects at once; ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to IT Service Performance culture initiatives; represents the IT Service Performance in meetings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Refresh IT metrics on yearly basis to revise for current goals
- Monthly IT metric updates in the IT Service Management system
- Business partner with functional contacts to drive IT Service Performance culture initiatives like lean governance
- Ensure management of all IT Metrics across different verticals, their meaningful consumption & drive actions
- Maintain & Deliver IT Service Performance Reporting Pack for IT leadership and follow through on actions
- Bring industry best practices on IT Service Performance to Unilever
