Your Tasks:
- Together with your colleagues in the team, you are the central point of contact for our users in all countries regarding any IT related questions and problems.
- You provide a global IT support that is available 24/5 across the time zones.
- As a 1st Level Support you work with costumer orientation and try to solve issues directly with the user or forward them within the IT according to defined ITIL processes.
- You are part of a dedicated and collegial team which relies on your support.
Your Profile:
- You completed a training as an IT specialist or you are a technically experienced career changer with corresponding professional experience in the Microsoft environment.
- You can prove several years of experience in IT support – ideally in an industrial environment.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory as well as a sound understanding of security requirements (ideally including relevant Microsoft, ITIL or security certifications)
- You communicate very well in German and English – both written and spoken.
