The main purpose of this role is to drive non-strategic spend sourcing across specific markets, being a part of the larger team of Global Strategy & Excellence team. It includes Savings, Cash, Catalogue, and Preferred Supplier targets delivery with support of third parties
This operation covers various countries across the globe. There is a great opportunity in this role for engaging with procurement colleagues at all levels and clusters of the Organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead engagement with markets and 3PSP to ensure delivery of service and closure of issues being raised
- Responsible for KPI delivery in every cluster – Sourcing Savings, Cash, Catalogue utilization, Preferred Supplier utilization are among the core KPIs
- Drive 3PSP performance through robust Governance for Sourcing and fulfilment with market procurement & Engineering and 3rd party service provider for review for KPIs
- Operationalizing controls designed by the Operational Excellence Team and ensure that the same are strictly adhered to.
- Lead the GPM rollout and compliance across all the markets.
- Help define Spend and savings alignment between market procurement and 3rd party service provider to ensure clarity and delivery.
- Support audits like Corporate, CAD (Control Assurance Department), Sox, Statutory and provide required support for closure of audits on time

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant Experience:
- Masters’ degree: MBA or similar qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ managerial in finance/procurement/ supply chain.
- Capex/MRO procurement experience will be an added advantage.

- Sourcing & Procurement experience: Prior experience in procurement sourcing
- Analytical skills: Root cause analysis leading to a clear and actionable corrective action.
Leadership and stakeholder influencing skills:
- Define action plans and lead cross-functional teams, to deliver agendas.
- Ability to influence senior stake holders and cross functional teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic organization and manage / balance multiple priorities and diverse projects concurrently.
Process understanding:
- Knowledge & working experience in Purchase to Pay. Expertise in SAP and Coupa, preferably in SAP-AP modules with back-end table understanding will be an advantage. Having a controls mindset will be preferable.
- Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Presentation skills: Proficiency in Power point presentation and other MS Suite applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and at times, in ambiguous situations.
