KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and Implementation:Develop and implement security architectures and solutions to protect the organization’s IT systems and data.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and weaknesses.
- Policy Development: Create and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. 4. Incident Response: Lead the response to security incidents, including investigation, mitigation, and reporting.
- Collaboration:Work closely with IT teams, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate security into all stages of the software development lifecycle. 6. Skills and Experience Required:
- Education: Degree in Information Technology, experience in Enterprise Architecture
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on security architecture and design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and identity management solutions.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of security frameworks (e.g., ISO….) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, …).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address security challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead security initiatives and manage cross functional teams.
