We are a multinational production company in Packaging Industry located in Istanbul-Tuzla. We are looking for“ HSE Executive “.
Job Description
- Develop and ensure implementation of HSE procedures, guidelines and standards within the country level in line with legal regulations.

- Development of strategies in order to reduce operational HSE risks.
- Implementation and monitoring control of corporate standards.
- Conducts process risk assessment and undertake corrective and preventive measures to ensure a proper environment and health for the organization
- Manages Job Hazard Analysis and the investigation of employee concerns, injuries, HSE incidents, and Employee Observation/Near Misses. Develops and tracks all initial accident/near miss investigations and audits corrective actions to closure.
- Maintenance of and regular performance reporting from HSE KPI system into the organization.
- Monitoring of activities and maintenance of risk assessments.( Risk reduction assessments)
- Provide expertise, support and training on employees, plant/machine and fire safety on daily as well as on project level.
- Ensure that all employees are properly informed about the working, environmental and safety policies of the organization
- Organize the monthly HSE Committee to make the necessary determinations by preparing the meeting agenda and necessary studies & presentations.
- Conduct internal Health, Safety and Environmental audits and represent the company in external audits related to HSE.
Qualification
· University degree in Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE Management · Experienced in ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System · Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position in manufacturing company · Good knowledge of the Environmental and Safety regulations · Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hard worker · Ability to come up to speed quickly on new techniques/processes to work independently in a fast paced environment · Good level in both written and verbal English · Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office · No military obligation for male candidates |
