Should have worked in matrix organization and have demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple verticals and proven ability to influence leaders outside reporting chain
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand businesses/functional needs through regular interaction with R Com team and play active role in drafting business plan by providing necessary input from human capital perspectives (risks, opportunities, resource plan etc).
- Managing the entire lifecycle of regional employees
o Recruitment
o On boarding
o Talent management
o Exit
- Close coordination with HR COE team to implement HR processes and systems in the region.
- Implement in partnership with respective managers: talent management programs (Talent Identification, Talent Acquisition, Talent On boarding, Talent Performance, Talent Rewarding, Talent Retention, Talent Retention).
- Close coordination with employees in the region through JC meets, market visits and other regular interaction with employees to understand the employee pulse and close the loop in coordination with RSMs and other RCOM members.
- Capability Building- Coordination with RSMs to identify key initiatives for talent and capability building within the sales team and monitoring the same through regular reviews. The same to be done for other functions with respective RCom members.
- Compliance- On a periodic basis conduct compliance audit in coordination with HR Officer and external consultant and take necessary measures to mitigate.
