Position Summary
- Reporting and time control to ensure labor compliance.
- Publication of searches and selection of profiles. Coordination and conducting of interviews.
- Accompaniment in the process of entering new personnel. Assembly of files and preparation of employment contracts.
- Design and publication of internal communications through billboards, emails and digital circuits.
- Arming and monitoring of the Annual Training and I Learn Training Plan.
- Organization and conducting of trainings related to the area.
- Attention to internal collaborators and support in digital processes: receipts, vacation request, data update.
- Administration and delivery of benefits.
- Promote and carry out activities related to Youth Initiatives.
- Carry out the Labor Climate Survey, communication of results, implementation and monitoring of action plans arising from opportunities.
- Accompany in the different stages of the talent cycle: loading of goals, registration of check-in meetings, achievements and closing of forms.
- Organization of events and activities
- Work together with the different areas of the factory and corporate to implement new initiatives.

The objective of the position is to carry out the fulfillment of different processes in the area such as communication, training, selection and the different policies of the company.
What will make you successful
- Tertiary or University Studies completed the Human Resources career or related (studying the last year of the career).
- Previous experience: Not exclusive.
- Desired language: Intermediate English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office is required.
