Job Summary
You will be part of the global Tetra Pak HR community. In Denmark we are a HR team of 4 employees. We work closely together with the HR Service Centre in Budapest, Hungary. As HR Coordinator you will have the possibility of developing a broad knowledge within Danish Labour (both WC and BC, collective bargaining agreements and different local agreements), law and HR in general. Furthermore, you will gain an insight into how to drive HR in an international company.
We are HR country services for the employees in Denmark: 400 white collars based in Aarhus, Silkeborg, Aalborg and Hjørring and 120 blue collars at our Factories in Aarhus, Aalborg and Hjørring. You will be based at the office in Aarhus.
What you will do
You will support Head of HR Country Services Denmark, which means that you will be involved in a lot of different tasks, including:
- HR administration:
- Contracts and other employee related documents
- HR policies, procedures, and guidelines for all employees in Denmark
- Project management of HR projects
- Benefit programs
- Different analyses
- Support with labour law answers
- Coordination, communication and follow up in general
We believe you have
- experience within HR administration, labour law and collective agreements and has gained competencies through several years on the labour market
- relevant higher educational background (e.g. Economy, Business Administration, HR, law). Is looking for a career and a broad knowledge within HR, Danish labour law, collective agreement both for WC and BCs, etc.
Essential interpersonal & other skills:
- Proficiency in the Danish and English language are required (in both speaking and writing – especially writing should be at a high level)
- Communication skills – both verbally and in writing
- Analytical skills – you are “numbers-minded”
- IT skills (super-user in Microsoft 365 – especially Excel)
- Understand the importance of handling confidential information within HR
- Detail oriented whilst keeping an eye on the bigger picture
- Delivering high quality and always follow tasks to successful finalization
- High level of structure and tidiness in everything you do
- Administrative mindset, collaborative, supportive and service minded
- Positive person – handles routine and manual tasks with the same strong drive as for large and complex assignments
