Manufacturing Operations
THG’s Nutrition Manufacturing Division works 24/7 to produce a wide range of high-quality sports nutrition products and supplements from our factories based all over the world.
Reporting directly to the Group Manufacturing Director, the Head of Manufacturing (Poland) has full accountability and responsibility for the Poland Manufacturing function.
Responsibilities:
- Set clear goals and objectives for performance and quality and devise strategies to ensure achievement
- Develop budgets, ensuring adequate resources, equipment and people, are in place to meet operational needs; proactively looking for opportunities to improve performance and profitability
- Develop an engagement and continuous improvement framework which facilitates the involvement of employees at all levels
- Create and manage processes that ensure all policies, procedures and operational standards are consistently adhered by colleagues and managers at all levels
- Ensure legal compliance in all areas regarding Health and Safety, regulatory, BRC and any other relevant standards
- Setting the short and long-term Manufacturing strategy for the site, in line with the company-wide business plan.
- Responsible for supporting / managing capital expenditure projects.
- Responsible for proactively proposing capital expenditure projects to increase capacity / capability at existing / new facilities.
- Develop profit improvement plan for the site.
- Provide outstanding leadership to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximise work output and work quality.
- Champion the culture of the site, emphasising on empowerment, trust and development
Requirements
- Experience managing manufacturing operations for a Food Production business
- Proven Track record of Delivery in an FMCG environment
- You will also need to demonstrate that you are a Team Player with a positive and flexible attitude and that you have
