Reporting into the Marketing Asst Supervisor for our Frontier Print Shops, this position will be accountable for step-changing the way we communicate our brands in-store. You will be responsible for creating high impact custom point of sale material for our key customers as well as toolkits that can be rolled out across multiple channels. Responsibilities
- Develop customized Marketing POS for our customers and our field to bring our brands to life in-store
- Communicate directly with sales representatives for approval of art
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Shopper Marketing team to ensure our designs line up with key priorities for our brands and our West Division
- Collaborate with Production Team and/or Foodservice Designer to ensure timely delivery of tools
- Occasional creation of digital advertisements
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on all equipment
- Conducts finish work, including, cutting, laminating, and binding
- Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
- Track waste, spoilage, usage and inventory, and service credits
- Additional functions incidental to printing and administrative activities

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,000 – $55,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field strongly preferred; would consider 5 years of experience as a designer in a print shop with portfolio.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent layout design skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills (other Adobe Creative Suite program knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to stand during entire shift; ability to move, carry, and lift 60 lbs; ability to bend/twist at waist and knees on a consistent basis.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
