Overview
The GM Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day sales administrative accountabilities to dedicated areas of expertise and provide leadership to Admin Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead administrative team driving business results while meeting Control & Compliance Standards.
- Perform audits of departmental tasks in accordance with Control & Compliance Standards.
- Develop, motivate and lead the location administrative team(s).
- Provide training/tools to location administrative team(s).
- Manage calendars for direct reports to ensure proper operational coverage.
- Create efficiency by reducing/eliminating OverTime costs for direct reports.
- Drive org health by leading culture & inclusion team projects & initiatives.
- Monitors, analyzes and communicates business performance results against planned targets.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and acts as liaison to identify and remedy issues.
- Own or oversee various departmental tasks as assigned including tasks such as: driver/route settlement, cash handling, bank deposits and reporting, account payables, account receivables, customer dispute resolution, new hire orientation and training compliance, DOT/Safety Compliance, event ticket management, Travel and Expense reporting.
- All other common administrative duties.
- Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material daily.
- Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure.
- Work on projects as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 – $71,800.

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience Administrative Support and experience managing direct reports.
- Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel required.
- Knowledge of SAP software preferred.
- Highly analytical.
- Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment with a high level of professionalism, and Demonstrating s adaptability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion with handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to flex schedule if needed to meet work demands (ex. early mornings, after hours).
- Travel possible up to 30%.
