The opportunity
Manage and ensure compliance with the Specialized Services indicator within the Procurement function, ensuring alignment with applicable internal and external regulations, as well as with the area’s strategic objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Contract compliance monitoring: Monitor and report monthly on the degree of compliance with specialized service contracts, ensuring that established legal and contractual requirements are met.
- Monitoring the SuppliER report by category: Analyze and report monthly compliance with the SuppliER report, categorized by supplier, ensuring its alignment with Procurement policies.
- Participation in multidisciplinary committees: Represent the Procurement area on the Specialized Services Committee, collaborating with the Social Security, Human Resources, Legal, and other stakeholders. Actively participate in identifying opportunities for improvement and in defining and implementing action plans.
- Supplier management in SAP: Maintain master data and register new suppliers in the SAP system, ensuring the quality and consistency of the information.
- Your impact: In this role, you will directly contribute to strengthening control and efficiency in the management of specialized services within the Procurement area, supporting regulatory compliance, process transparency, and continuous improvement in relationships with strategic suppliers.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Education– University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Accounting, or similar.
Experience
- Recent graduate and/or 1 year of experience in specialized services management, with a focus on REPSE (Registry of Specialized Service Providers) and regulatory compliance. (desirable)
- Experience with vendor management platforms and systems (registrations, maintenance, account changes, etc.) or ERP (Ariba & SAP
- Intermediate-advanced level of English (written and spoken) is desirable for contract management
- Proactivity and autonomy to manage compliance of specialized services and their contracts
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment, staying up to date with regulations and regulatory changes in the area of specialized services.
- Frustration tolerance: Ability to remain calm and productive in pressure situations, derived from changing regulations or coordination between departments.
