Tetra Pak Saudi Arabia has an opening in Jeddah, Coverting factory for Future Talent: Automation Engineer to fill a rewarding and challenging role that will allow you freedom with accountability while working directly with our Projects team and customers. The successful candidate will work independently in project team with some coaching help from a colleague. Recommended to have a mentor.
What you will do
Engineering documents update
- Ensure machine drawings are updated and synchronized with online portal.
- Ensure Management of Change is followed for any modification to the design.
Software update
- Ensure back up is updated based on the cyber security requirements.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OT security.
Obsolescence update
- Ensure that automation components are not obsoleted.
- Align obsolescence plan with Early Management Pillar.
- Make sure the spare parts are compliant to the requirements.
Failure Mode Analysis
- Responsible for plant troubleshooting.
- Use WCM Tools to carryout failure mode analysis.
- Look for high CML actions to avoid re occurrence of the failure.
- Update maintenance plans based on analysis findings.
Computer Vision
- Use camera for low-cost automation.
- Maintain installed vision systems.
- Stay updated with Python skill set.
Artificial Intelligence
- Use the available data for smart solutions like failure predictions.
Automation Technology
- Skill level 3.5 on PLC, SCADA, Profibus and ProfNet.
- Skill level 3.0 on Motor control (AC, DC and Servo Drives).
- Good knowledge on Field devices (Load cells, sensors, servo valves).
Tume based maintenance
- Ensure 100% compliance with the plans.
- Update, improve and simplify based on WCM teams’ inputs.
We believe you have
- A BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year’s experience as a maintenance engineer within a factory environment.
- Background in Mechanical/Electrical maintenance experience WCM knowledge and application.
- Knowledge of developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedure.
- Project Management skills.
