The Marketing Services Professional is responsible for gathering and consolidating information about the external market utilizing multiple dimensions, to produce information and reports for use by the Central, Regional teams. The role provides input to the development of the marketing services program, has a basic skill level in several marketing services modules (e.g. Ideation, Branding etc) and supports the marketing services program deployment in Tetra Pak.
What you will do
As our Food Scientist, you will;
- Innovate and ‘think out of the box’ to deliver new products and solutions based on consumers need, market trends and customer requirements.
- New product development experience leading the development of new products to market in a start-up or corporate innovation environment(Speed-to-Market).
- Organize, engage, communicate and educate to ensure efficient and effective transition from research to development to manufacturing.
- Manage project management of new product initiatives for internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with innovation ecosystem such as ingredient companies and bring new innovations into the system and help our customers to fast-track their innovations.
- Hands on execution of new product development (NPD) trials at laboratory and pilot plant level.
We believe you have
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Food science/Food technology/Dairy technology.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B/B2C food related industries.
- New Product development knowledge and experience in Dairy/Beverages .
- Professionalism, patience, and a “Customer-first” attitude.
- Be able to work in safe and hygienic manner following GMP/GLP requirements.
- Superior verbal and written communication, problem solving, product documentation, and product development skills.
- Passionate about NPDs and able to work independently.
- Attention to details with good analytical, organized and follow through.
