The Finance Graduate Program – Commencing February 2023
Our Finance Graduate Program is a specialised three-year rotational Finance pathway experience. You will gain valuable broad, multi-functional exposure of the McCain business whilst completing a robust leadership development program throughout the three years.
So what does the Program involve?
This three-year rotational program starts by building your foundations and developing your technical skillsets to give you a deep understanding of our business systems and processes. You will then get the opportunity to apply your foundational and technical knowledge to develop analytics and insights capabilities, and gain even broader business understanding. The final rotation will provide you with a chance to consolidate all your learnings in a business-facing role, where you can apply your skillsets to holistically drive and influence better business outcomes and develop your business partnering capability.

What does it take? Someone who…
- Has a Bachelor’s degree with background in Commerce/Finance or equivalent;
- Will graduate in November 2022, or has recently graduated in the last 12 months;
- Has full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident);
- Has excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia/New Zealand
