We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to ensure full implementation of Plant-Based Meals Solutions (PBMS) field sales & business development plans in all Retail & Key Customers/Channel to achieve targets and deliver sustainable channel growth within his/her territory.
A day in the life of…
- Responsible for PBMS dealer’s input & thruput sales performance within his/her territory, selling accordingly to retail customers, meeting sales targets and market share objectives.
- Accountable for PBMS business development.
- Leading Dealer Field Sales team and ensuring Operation Best Practices.
- Advisory role to retailer, understand business owner needs and ensure customer relationship.
- Gather insights & information market intelligence.
What will make you successful
- Minimum diploma in any related discipline, ( SPM qualification for sales reps with min 5 years experience ).
- 2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people.
- Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field.
- Had experience in managing Field Sales team.
