Sidel is looking for an experienced Account Manager within Capital Equipment (B to B) who manages existing customers and develops new customers in the Food, Home and Personal Care industry in order to deliver budgeted sales and margins. The role provides customers with win-win solutions which meet their needs and are in the best interests of Sidel, thus enabling Sidel to achieve its objectives.
Your Mission
Organizes and develops promotion and sales of Sidel offer (Equipment, Integration, Engineering & Services) on the Food, Home and Personal Care markets segments in Central Europe.
- Actively participates in the development of the group and constantly strengthens its brand image.
Constantly seeks to maximize profitability and efficiency within his/her area - Manages customer relationship in relation with the different departments of the company (Pre- contracting, Project Management, Service department, etc.)
- Proposes an (annual) action plan to the Account Director
- Develops Sales within the designated scope
- Taking an active part in the customer relationship and ensuring an active prospection
- Transmitting all the necessary information to establish a customized offer
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Establishing commercial contracts respecting the Legal and Trade Finance directives
- Participates in sales promotion proposing and implementing actions, monitoring its efficiency and reporting to the Zone Account Director
- Reinforces R&D giving feedback to Product Managers and Marketing about the evolution of market demands
- Manage network of Third Party Representatives (agents) to cover whole territory
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
- Master degree (or equivalent) in Engineering
- Fluency in German & English (written and verbal)
- Good skills in French (written & verbal) plus any other language of proposed territory would be an advantage
Required experience and skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Account Manager or Technical experience with a sales profile
- Experience in the sector of equipment or engineering for the packaging industry or other industries
