Grant administrative support to the Sr Management / Medical Visit Division, with PFME administration generating statistical reports of key management indicators, customer and supplier service, event logistics and staff travel, administration and monitoring of purchasing processes, participate in the monitoring of inventories in order to ensure the control and compliance of the processes.
A day in the life of…
- Administration and execution of the Division’s PFME, monitoring.
- Carry out the logistics of medical events, contact with agencies and suppliers.
- Process the process focused on obtaining the Work Tools of the medical visit staff (Cell
- Phones, Laptop, Automobiles), concentrating the information and inventory of equipment requested from the Regional Managements, in order to ensure the allocation and control of the tools granted.
- Generate and follow up on inventories, monitor and ensure compliance and documentation of the Districts / sectors of the Division.
- Generate dashboards IQVIA reports of market share
- Generate and monitor the P2P processes for medical visits and Distribution, managing the request, order and GR processes for billing and payment of services to suppliers, in order to ensure that the payment process is carried out in the established times and maintain service provided by providers.
