This position is within the Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit People Function, reporting to the VP Human Resources for the Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit. The Executive Assistant will support the VP Human Resources with business planning and governance, system routines and rigor, key strategic initiatives and HR score carding. He/she will also act as a matrix manager across the HR Business partners and COEs supporting the networked model and our agile way of working.

Overview of role:
- Overseeing the effective management and operations of HR Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit, to proactively lead annual business planning and ongoing governance, manage strategic initiatives, plan and coordinate events and programs and manage the EME HR scorecard/KPIs.
Key responsibilities:
- HR Operations – support VP of Human Resources by leading HR Function routines, including weekly/monthly HR Meeting. Ensure HR scorecards are in place, track KPIs and turn insights into action.
- Annual Business Planning – partner with the business/HRBPs/COEs to build integrated People business plan and manage ongoing governance of committed initiatives from a budget, resources and communication standpoint.
- Project and Program Management – develop and drive strategic projects including project planning and management for the HR initiatives. Serve as a matrix manager for HRBP team leading the execution of HR projects and initiatives while driving networked connections across the enterprise.

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate degree, MBA in HR/ Business Management desired.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience. English fluency (both spoken and written) required; additional language fluency a plus.
- Ideally previous top tier consultant background.
