Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the calendar of activities, visits to different markets / investor discussions.

Support planning for deliverables on fund raising and IPO process management.

Manage external stakeholders across investors, media, and more.

Liaison with internal employees for reminders and expectation management for meetings with me.

Arranging for pre reads and notes before meetings to ensure agenda, outcomes, and action items for each meeting are clear.

Prepare for mail drafts, minutes of meetings

Travel booking and coordination with local teams

Should maintain the confidentiality of data, information and various communications

Candidate should be ready to work from office (No WFH)

Desired Candidate Profile

Extremely organized in nature

Exceptionally good written English and fluent spoken English

Good communication skills

Should have minimum 4 years and maximum of 10 years of work relevant experience

Pleasing personality and highly presentable in nature

Should know MS Office ( Power point, Excess)

Candidate should be matured

Should have the ability to understand the basics of the business

Immediate joiners preferred

Shift timing – General shift
